Are you unemployed? E.F.A will train you in all aspects of M.M.A.
Due to the economy these days, losing members due to job loss and hearing how many people can't train because they don't have a job. E.F.A is starting a program to help out. This program has been a success in other gyms in other states and is our way of giving back to the community in these tough times for helping E.F.A be a success.
The TUFF TIMES TRAINING PROGRAM is a class that you can take for six months if you are out of work and can prove you are on unemployment or denied unemployment. The classes are scheduled Mondays and Wednesdays 12:30 - 2 pm and Friday at 3:30 pm. Click here for more informaiton.
Kids out of school? Come join us at EFA for an introductory summer program for kids in MMA. We’ll teach your child the basics off MMA in wrestling, judo and kickboxing. Click here for more information.
Women's & Teen MMA Classes
E.F.A will also be adding Beginners, Women's MMA & Teen MMA class to keep up with the demand and growth of Mixed Martial Arts. As always the 2 wk pass can be used for any of the classes, other than E.F.A TEAM training. Click here to view the schedule of all MMA classes offered.
E.F.A TEAM
E.F.A TEAM is now forming starting with its own members that wish to compete in M.M.A. and other combat sports. E.F.A is open to adding members of other gyms to this program at E.F.A's discretion and a price will be negotiated, knowing that to get better every fighter needs a new challenge rather than training with the same partners over and over. E.F.A TEAM members are required to have all of their own protective equipment approved by E.F.A such as protective head gear, 16 oz boxing gloves, 5-6 oz M.M.A., grappling gloves, 8-10 oz M.M.A., sparring gloves, approved shin/instep guards, mouth piece, cup/groin protection and minimum 108" hand wraps. E.F.A TEAM members are required to help teach beginners, women's, teen and advanced classes when available/needed. E.F.A TEAM members are required to maintain a steady training/diet routine in and out of EVOLUTION FIGHT ACADEMY. If members do not meet the requirements they will be removed from the E.F.A TEAM at any time. To compete in any combat sport and receive E.F.A backing/support you must be part of the E.F.A TEAM for a minimum of 2 consecutive months. E.F.A TEAM members are welcome to train in all & any CLASSES to accommodate their schedule.
Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts is exactly that, MIXED. Through years of EVOLUTION in combat sports from all over the world competing to find out what is the best form of martial arts? In the early 90’s the Gracie family brought Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (B.J.J.) to the scene and showed the dominance, at the time, and the importance of B.J.J. and the need to incorporate it with other arts. Today’s M.M.A. consists of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grecco Roman Wrestling, Russian Sambo, Muay Thai, Japanese Judo, Ju-Jitsu & Karate, Korean Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu all creating a true form of today’s Mixed Martial Arts.

In this 20 to 30 minute workout you will burn calories, build muscle and stay motivated in ways you may never thought of before.
This is not a cardio kickboxing class or form of aerobics or palates or an introduction into martial arts. It is an entire body workout proven to get athletes into peak condition.
